Prosa is a restaurant brand located in the MS Collection Aveiro – Palacete de Valdemouro hotel unit, part of MS Hotels insignia, which aggregates the hospitality industry and services of MS Group. Therefore, the policy described below is in accordance with the group policy.

WHY DO WE NEED YOUR INFORMATION?
MS Group will treat your personal data for the following purposes:
Customer and potential customer management
The processing of your data is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures at your request, to execute the contract to be signed between you and MS Group, or to provide services. If you do not provide your data, we will not be able to provide you with the requested or contracted services.
Your data will be kept for this purpose:
a) Owners, during the period in which he is the holder of a real right of ownership of a property that forms part of any of the developments held by MS Group;
b) Guests, clients and contacts in general, for a period of 10 years, or any other period dictated by the legislation in force.

If you consent, you will receive marketing communications from MS Group.

MS Group collects your data to analyze and solve the underlying situation of your suggestion or complaint.
Your data will be kept for this purpose for as long as necessary to resolve your issue within a maximum period of 12 months.
Supplier management

If you do not provide your data, we will not be able to fulfill the contractual obligations assumed.

If you want more than one copy of your personal data being processed, MS Group subjects this service to the payment of a fee for administrative costs (with an estimated value of €25).

The holder of personal data has the right to obtain from MS Group, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data concerning him.
Right to erase data (“right to be forgotten”)
The holder of personal data has the right to obtain from MS Group the erasure of their data, without undue delay, and the latter has the obligation to erase personal data, without undue delay, when one of the following reasons applies, namely:
a) Personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or processed;
b) The holder has withdrawn his consent for the processing of data (in cases where the processing is based on consent) and there is no other basis for said processing;
c) The holder opposes the treatment and there are no prevailing legitimate interests that justify the treatment.
Right to limitation of treatment
The data subject has the right to obtain from MS Group the limitation of treatment, if one of the following situations applies, namely:
a) Challenge the accuracy of the personal data, for a period that allows MS Group to verify its accuracy;
b) The processing of data is lawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of personal data and requests, in return, the limitation of its use;
c) MS Group no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but these data are required by the holder for the purposes of declaration, exercise or defense of a right in a legal proceeding;
d) If you have objected to the treatment, until it is verified that the legitimate reasons of the person responsible for the treatment prevail over those of the data subject.
Right to data portability
If the treatment depends on the consent of the data subject and this consent has been provided by automated means, the data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning him and that he has provided to MS Group in a structured format, in current use. and automatic reading.
Right of opposition
